1, hot galvanization : hot galvanized process is generally completed after hemming, when bearing bar thickness is not less than 5mm, the zinc coating weight is not less than 610g/m2; When bar thickness is less than 5mm, the weight is not less than 460g/m2 .The galvanized quality should conform to GB/T13912
2. painting : according to customer request to spraying, brushing or dipping.
