Punching

We have advanced numerical control equipment, can punch high quality products. The daily output can be up to 2000 square meters. We can punch plate thickness between 0.1mm-25mm. 

Cutting

Plate can be cutted from a roll you need.

Shearing

If the production process of the plate edge is beyond the tolerance you have requested, we have skilled technical staff to help to remove additional edge.

Leveling

We use leveling machine to restore its original state for the deformation plate. We can level thickness from 0.8mm to 12mm.

Cleaning

Punching processes require lubricant, but we also have a degreasing process to remove the surface traces and make the plate cleaning.

Punching, leveling and cutting process will lead to incomplete plate surface, but these incompleteness can be acceptable in general industrial goods.
