shearing
It is the first step to do precise cutting according to the molding of wind and dust suppression .
Advanced numerical control machine equipment and our professional staff will control the error to minimum range.  
punching
Punching is the second step for wind and dust suppression. we have some advanced punching machines , maintain aperture and pitch within0.1MM error. In the efficient processing of numerical control equipment, our wind and dust suppression output can reach 10,000 square meters. It also ensures our product price competitiveness.  
molding
Molding is the third step. For without the need for electrostatic spraying, this is the last step. 
We customize special single peak, double peak and three peak continuous molding equipment with good levelness ,standard angle, tailormade length, and the length can be up to 12m.    
cleaning (only necessary for electrostatic spraying wind and dust suppression) 
The entire cleaning process includes oil degreasing, pickling and phosphating. It is necessary and most important step before electrostatic spraying treatment .Sheet cleaning directly affect surface spraying adhesion integrity, mesh life, surface finish and appearance overall effect   
Electrostatic spraying (same as above, only necessary for electrostatic spraying of wind and dust suppression )
Electrostatic spraying is electrostatic powder coated on cold rolled plate to improve wind, snow ,hail resistance and corrosion resistance, thereby greatly extending the use life
