The Straight &Reverse twisted Hexagonal Wire mesh Machine currently has specifications of 1/2”, 5/8”, 3/4”, 1”, 1-1/2” and 2”. This product, using straight and reverse twisting principle, manufactures metal hexagonal mesh adapt to weaving machines. The meshes are widely used in agriculture, farm fences, cages, building reinforced mesh and other isolation mesh.
This machine uses straight and reverse twisting principle, so it can operate without making the iron wire into spring shape, improve the efficiency and has following characteristics:
• The max speed is up to 65 meshes, and the machines can adjust the speed, and decrease the head cutting rate according the raw material conditions.
• The roll width is large , and the machine can twist 1.1m double wide and 2.2m single wide
• The meshes are well-distributed and neat, and wires can be added any where in the meshes.
• With clutch brake apparatus, the machine can be point driven, and has flexible and reliable operation and low requirements on operators.
• The machine has centralization lubrication, convenient use and reliable lubrication.
• The machine is firm and durable, and convenient to maintain and adjust.
