Green grid mesh is an independent folding box. Compression and lashing is easy to transport . Each bundle label the model size with label. The tie wire is provided in coils. Put into the box, placed in dry environment to preserve.

(2) assembly
Green grid mesh will be placed on a stable surface to unfold, pressing the extra crease. Folded part will be leveled through wooden plate.    

(3) the tightening process  
Use tie wire banding about 1.5 times longer than the side wire. Side wire is not more than 1m.

All of the panel edges use larger wire. The four corners of adjacent cage group is connected with single strand or double strand wire. Double strand spacing is not greater than 300mm.

Upper and lower frame wire or fold wire is fixed by screw wires. The max distance of edge end is 100mm. Pliers can be used to tie wire solid tight. When lashing, need protect the coating surface not be damaged. Use the tie wires or metal banding ring to connect the mesh edge and other parts Binding maximum distance is 100mm. For Special specifications, customers can ask for our factory, we will meet your needs. We recommend to use pliers to assemble the various parts , it will be more firmly.
(4) Ground preparation

The foundation to install the green grid mesh need be flat.
Green Grid can be placed on level ground or trapezoidal ground. According to project needs clear surface irregularities, loose material and vegetation.
