(1)material transportation

Gabion mesh is machine woven mesh , formed by wire selection , weaving mesh, cutting mesh, crocheting, inspection etc . Gabion mesh can be roll ,or cage compressed and packaged, convenient for workers to easily pack and ship. Tie wires are supplied in coils. It would be better put the gabion mesh in dry environment , bind tightly ,easy to ship.

(2)installation

Sack gabion will be placed on a stable surface to unfold, pressing the extra crease. Along one side rotating spiral into cylinder type, binding both sides with tie wires.

(3) foundation preparation

Placing the foundation of Sack gabion is no need be flat . In the wetland environment,gabion mesh can be used to provide platform. According to project needs, put into appropriate material, place sack gabion layer by layer. Gabion structure also conform to project norms. We can put geotechnic textile into gabion layer .

(4) sealing

Sack gabion is cylinder-shaped mesh of rolled mesh bag . tied with side wires .

Using tie wires to wind up the adjacent hole and side wire

,as long as cylinder side binding well, then tightly wrapped around two bottom. The sack gabion is ok. When the edge sealing, cylinder side need leave stone opening. Meanwhile sealing and loading need also pay more attention to protect mesh wire surface coating , avoid to damage.

 (5) place

After binding, use machine hang sack gabion one by one or two by two in the proper place. In order to ensure quality it should use thick edge wire and binging wire when sealing and installation .
