(1)material transportation

Castoral mesh mat is mechanical production, it has been assembled, compressed, packaged with mesh lid before leave factory . All castoral mesh mat, either folded or rolling , is a separate entity. Mesh mat is easy to ship after folding and packing. Mesh matt main part and mesh lid can be banded separately . Tie wire is supplied in coils. Metal banding ring put into the box away, in order to ensure quality, please put in dry conditions.

（2）assembling

Take the folded gabion mesh out and put into flat ground , unfold and display their original look, Unfold all mesh panels vertically , show box look ,then put into partition . All double-partition edge and end mesh panel should be carefully tied and fasten mat front , back and the side tightly . Mat required to straighten the ends and install separately, to ensure the folded part and all the sides flat surface.

(3) fastening process

Connect castoral mesh mat lid and other parts with metal binding ring . Binding maximum spacing is 100mm. We can meet any special requirement . Long binding wire winds along edge wire, can choose single or double stranded wire. We suggest use pliers to assemble, makes all parts stronger.

Lay empty mesh mat in certain place . Mesh matt bending degree should be conform to round standard of radius 18m to 21m .  Mesh mat can be roll type or folded type before assemble.

Can use stone machine to hit proper size and fill in castoral mesh mat. Due to hardness , smooth edges and durability,  

It would not crack if stone soaked in water ,exposed to the sun or other bad circumstances,. Stone size should be between 80mm-150 mm ,tolerance  ± 5%. According to the mat height, at least two layer of large stones put into the mat. When load stone, need to pay more attention not to destroy the surface coating. After fit one layer, place the stone neatly with manual work.  

Left smallest gap and maximum density, and then continue loading. From its base to start the installation, packing, loading one by one. But for ease of installation and connection on the top of partition ,you can prepare several mesh grid of filling at one time.      

（4）sealing

When Installation, the top mat of the stone can be higher than the mesh surface 25mm.  

Weir pool in the river flow downstream, or similar water follow erosion can take place Castro mat to install vertical steel (reinforced), be careful not to damage the geotextile. We recommend using a tensile strength of 15Mpa wide 50mm-70 mm solid cover . The partition top edge need expose outside. Mesh lid and body connected with tie wires, if necessary, use the right tools to connect . Meanwhile, other parts and partition also use double stranded or single stranded wire to bind. Adjacent mesh lid also need to install well. If a large number of adjacent civil fabric covered at one time , Roll mesh can replace same size lid.
