plugging grating can be divided into four types.

after bearing bar notch cutting, horizontal bar is pressure lock molding. Generally speaking, Ordinary plugging grating processing is max height 100mm. Grating length is usually less than 2000mm.
2. . Integral type plugging grating
Bearing bar and cross bar of Integral type plugging grating have same height, notch cutting depth is 1/2 of bearing bar. Grating height is not more than 100mm, length is not less than 2000mm.
3. Sunshade plugging grating
Bearing bar of Sunshade plugging grating open 30 ° or 45 ° chute, recessing bar flat steel notch and press lock to mold. We can process other spacing and specification , you can use ordinary carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum and other materials. Grating height is less than 100mm.
4. Heavy grating
Heavy grating is that high flat steel and cross flat steel bite each other, compress molding under the pressure of 1,200 tons. It is suitable for high-span load bearing situation.
