50 mesh plain weave brass wire mesh including 50 wires and openings of 1 inch Using 0.12-0.20mm diameter wire, by plain weaving, woven 50 mesh opening for 0.30-0.38mm solid particles , it can also be used as a liquid, gas filter support material or protective fabrics to use. This wire diameter and mesh with ratio reasonable, therefore weave structure is very strong. After 13 whole weaving process, so that the mesh surface flatness better.

Grade	Characteristics
C26000 Brass	Offers the highest ductility and malleability among the standard brass alloys, making it exceptionally easy to weave into precise, ultra-fine wire mesh and high-density wire cloth without fracturing. It features excellent electrical and thermal conductivity, along with reliable corrosion resistance.
C27000 Brass	Features an optimal balance of tensile strength and flexibility. While slightly stiffer than C26000, it remains highly fabricable for standard weaving processes. It provides good resistance to atmospheric corrosion, fresh water, and mild chemicals, holding its structure well under moderate mechanical stress.
C28000 Brass	A much more rigid and high-strength alloy compared to C26000 and C27000. Because of its higher zinc content, it is less ductile and harder to weave into ultra-fine mesh, but it excels in rigidity and wear resistance.
