How to Maintain Wire Mesh Screen

Remove any solids adhered to the wire mesh screen. Never clean the wire mesh screen with a wire brush. Use a pressure washer to clean it.

If wire mesh screen become blinded, it is best to remove and wash with a pressure washer from the back side.

Always clean wire mesh screens if the shaker will be idle for a long time. Mud and cuttings that are allowed to dry on wire mesh screens will result in premature failure.
